We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service. We do not sell your data. We do not read your code. We do not track you across the web.

What We Collect

Snitch Plugin

The Snitch Plugin is a file that runs entirely within your AI coding tool on your machine. It does not phone home, does not collect telemetry, and does not transmit your code. No network requests are made during scans.

Website and Checkout

When you buy Snitch or contact us, we store:

• Email address — for purchase delivery, support, and account recovery where applicable
• Name — if you provide one, for display purposes
• Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe, not us. We receive a customer ID and payment status.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication. That's it. No analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts.

Third Parties

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — hosting and CDN. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with anyone else.

Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days. Payment records may be retained longer as required by law.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time. Email support@snitchplugin.com and we will respond within 7 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and notify you via email if the changes are significant.
